Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any item is damaged, a part is missing, or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We can only accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of receipt. Any returns after 30 days are in store credit only if the return is approved in advance. Please contact us before returning any package! If you believe your product is defective due to a manufacturing defect or damage that may have occurred during shipping, please request a return via email (service@heroncircuits.com). To be eligible for a return, you must send the email request with a description of the problem. Include a copy of the receipt or other proof of purchase. In your description of the problem be sure to include the order number and product model, as well as the serial number if there is one on the package.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your package.
Returns for corporate or organizational Purchase Orders are store credit only. There is a 5% re-stocking fee for orders returned valued at $200 or more. We do not accept any returns on orders that are over 6 months old. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

Exceptions / non-returnable itemsWe do not accept returns for hazardous materials, such as batteries. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
After we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you to let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, the money will be refunded automatically according to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
ExchangesThe fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request a return for the item you have, and after the return is accepted, make a separate new purchase of the item.
